Lots of food, plenty of activity at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market this Saturday, October 10.

Programming:

“Smart Garden Tips for Winterizing”. by Anna Sanford, a Michigan Extension Master Gardener trainee who is also trained in Michigan State University Extension Smart Gardening outreach. presenting at 10 am, 11, am and noon.

We are in full harvest and so much is available now. Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins. Come choose your pumpkins at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market, for decorating or eating. Also  Tomatoes, summer and winter squash, carrots, beets, onions, potatoes, greens, garlic, basil, kale, and much much more. It is a beautiful, delicious, abundant time of the year.
