Inaugural Apple Pie Contest, umm, bring your baked pie to the Commons building Saturday between 10 am-10:45 am, free to participate
Program on flower bulbs by Andrea Forsberg of Flower Works
Superior Entertainment will provide cooking demonstration from 10 am-noon in conjunction with Marquette County Restaurant ACHIEVE Program
“Smart Garden Tips for Winterizing” by Anna Sanford, a Michigan Extension Master Gardener trainee who is also trained in Michigan State University Extension                                                                   Smart Gardening outreach. will be available to answer questions.

Live music: Jose Mino and John Mallo:  from 10 am-1 pm

We are in full harvest and so much is available now. Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins. Come choose your pumpkins at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market, for decorating or eating. Also  Tomatoes, turnips,  summer and winter squash, carrots, beets, onions, potatoes, greens, garlic, basil, kale, and much much more. It is a beautiful, delicious, abundant time of the year.
