How to earn Double Up Food Bucks
Use your Michigan EBT Bridge Card or Pandemic-EBT Card to get additional, FREE dollars called “Double Up Food Bucks” to buy fresh, locally grown produce at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market.
Here’s how it works:
Visit the
Information Booth
Present your Bridge Card or P-EBT Card to the Market Cashier.
The Cashier will ask how much you’d like to “withdraw” from your account and swipe your card. You will be asked if you want to “Double Up” this amount for no additional charge. As long as there are sufficient funds in your account, there is no limit to the amount of SNAP/EBT dollars you can request.
The market can match your SNAP/EBT withdrawal, dollar to dollar, up to $20 per day.
