Market Moves Indoors for November and December
Shop indoors at the Marquette Commons Saturdays in November from 9-1 PM and Saturdays in December from 10-2 PM. There is NO market on November 26. The last market is December 17.
Trick-or-Treat at the Market!
Celebrate Halloween Saturday, October 29 from 9-1 PM at the Marquette Commons with the second annual Trick-or-Treat at the Market! Costumes are highly encouraged. All ages are welcome.

Marquette Alger RESA Health Education, AKA our Food Navigator, has fresh recipes lined up for you to sample and taste at select Wednesday and Saturday markets! The Food Navigator program supports shoppers using food assistance by increasing access to fresh, affordable food and helping shoppers maximize their food dollars at the market.
You can still earn Double Up Food Bucks at the Market!
From August 1-December 31 there is an earning pause on Double Up Food Bucks at grocery stores. This pause DOES NOT affect farmers markets, farm stands, and CSAs.

Farmers Market Pesto Recipe
This time of year our market is bustling with lots of greens—lettuce, kale, herbs, carrot tops, radish tops, and green galore! If you have a CSA you probably have a healthy back stock of greens. Using your greens to make pesto is a great way to use them and store them for later use.
2022 Power of Produce Children’s Program
Partridge Creek Farm will facilitate this eight-week program on Saturdays from July 2 through August 20 during the Saturday Morning Farmers Market from 9-1 PM a the Marquette Commons. There is no sign-up necessary, children between the ages of 2-12 are welcome to stop by the POP tent to participate in the weekly activity.

Yoga at the Farmers Market
Join Pinecone Yoga Institue for Saturday Morning Yoga at the Farmers Market every Saturday June-October from 9:45-10:45 AM. Classes are donation-based. No one will be turned away from a lack of funds.
2022 Full Season Details
The first market of the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market’s 23rd season is this Saturday, May 21, from 9 AM-1 PM at The Marquette Commons. This year the market has updated hours, a new market layout to allow for full capacity, and after a two-year hiatus, programming is back!
Shared Ground Social Ticketed Dinner
Join us for an evening of local food, brews, and tunes! The Delft Bistro, Barrel + Beam, and the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market are hosting a ticketed dinner to celebrate the start of growing season. All proceeds will be donated to the Power of Produce Children’s Program at the market this summer.

The Late Fall Downtown Marquette Farmers Market kicks off Saturday, November 6 from 9-1 PM at the Marquette Commons, and will run until December 18. This late-season market is a great opportunity for shoppers to stock up on holiday gifts and continue to purchase fresh, locally grown food.
